The Girl Behind The Lens

Hi friends!! My name is Rachel Jean, the girl behind the camera. I started photography 3.5 years ago professionally and officially started my business in March of 2020. My love for photos dates back to when I was really young. 

My Polaroid camera that I took on our family trip to Florida when I was 7 years old. 

My red Kodak digital camera that my friends and I took to every single junior high event thinking we needed to document EVERYTHING.

My first canon camera that I bought in college which started the endless nights spent on Youtube trying to learn how to use it. 

To now…

The journey that got me to this point of owning a business is crazy to me. It just all makes sense that this is my career. Investing and believing in myself will forever be one of the best things I have ever done and will continue to do. My family and friends have been so supportive since day one and I would not be here without them cheering me on. Thank you everyone for your support. It means the world to me! A lot of hard work has gone into this journey and I am so excited to share this new rebrand of Rachel Jean Photo. A vision turned to life! I am so excited to share everything my creative team and I have been working on.
